Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Standard shipping requires 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather or carrier issues. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product details. Buyers are liable for all local import duties and taxes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipment starts. If packages get returned due to invalid address, unreachable recipient or rejection, the buyer must cover return shipping fees. Re-delivery is available only after extra shipping cost is paid. Certain items cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please submit a valid physical address at checkout.
